Our Guarantees
- StopKick systems are guaranteed to stop specific stall kicking behaviors:
- StopKick Total Stall System stops horses from kicking the interior walls of the stall
- StopKick Door Systems stop horses that bang or paw the stall door
- If you install and operate a StopKick system according to the instructions provided, and it fails to stop the kicking behavior for which the system was designed, you have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to notify us of your desire to make a return. If, after discussion, we agree the system was properly installed and operated, we will issue you a Return Authorization, and you may return the system for a refund of your purchase price, less the cost of original shipping.
Our Guarantee
- Refunds will not be issued for systems returned without a Return Authorization.
- Please note: one StopKick unit will train a horse in a standard 12' x 12' stall. If your horse's stall is larger than 144 square feet, a second unit may be required to effectively stop kicking behavior.
- StopKick cannot replace systems or parts of systems that are damaged by improper installation or by your horse hitting, biting, kicking or otherwise abusing the system or its components.
